Siding installation in Eastern Iowa

Siding

Siding that holds up to Iowa winters and looks good doing it

Your siding takes the same beating as your roof — wind, hail, ice, and UV damage year after year. We install materials built for the Midwest, properly sealed and finished to last.

Protection first. Curb appeal second. Both matter.

Your siding is the first thing people see — and one of the most important barriers between your home and the Midwest weather. Bad siding installation leads to moisture infiltration, mold, and structural damage that costs far more than a proper siding job would have.

We install vinyl, fiber cement, and composite siding for Eastern Iowa homes. Vinyl is affordable and low-maintenance. Fiber cement is more durable and paintable — great for homeowners who want a longer lifespan and more design flexibility. Composite falls in between.

We help you choose the right product, install it correctly with a proper weather barrier underneath, and finish the trim details that lesser contractors skip.

How a siding project works

From material selection to final walkthrough — here's our process.

01

Inspection & Estimate

We assess the existing siding, check for any underlying damage or moisture issues, and give you a clear written estimate before any work begins.

02

Material & Color Selection

We help you choose the right siding material for your home, budget, and neighborhood. Vinyl, fiber cement, and composite all have distinct strengths — we'll walk you through them.

03

Old Siding Removal

Existing siding comes off. We inspect the sheathing for any moisture damage, rot, or structural issues before new material goes on.

04

Weather Barrier

A proper weather-resistant barrier is installed over the sheathing. This layer is the real protection — the siding is the second line of defense.

05

Siding Installation

Panels are installed from the bottom up with proper overlap and spacing to allow for expansion and contraction. Trim, corners, and window wraps are finished to spec.

06

Cleanup & Final Walkthrough

Site is cleaned, debris removed, and we do a full walkthrough before we leave. You get warranty documentation and know exactly who to call with any questions.
